Funeral Procedures
1. Waiting to receive death documents
A death from natural
The procedure takes about 2-3 working days to receive a death certificate issued by the hospital.
A death from unnatural
The remains are stored in a public mortuary, waiting for a forensic doctor. Cremation documents are issued 2-3 working days after the forensic documents are issued.
2. Contact funeral service, we will follow up and plan the entire funeral immediately.
3. Consultation
Meet with our funeral director at our office or your house to discuss the specific arrangements for the entire funeral. Choose the appropriate venue, ritual, coffin, ceremonial supplies, ashes or cemetry arrangement .
4. Handled related documents
Our consultant will assist family members in obtaining all documents of the hospital / mortuary, and apply for a death certificate and cremation arrangement.
5. Follow up process
Our team and our professional etiquette will arrange and follow up the entire funeral service.
6. Ashes Arrangement
We will apply for ashes niches / spray ash or go abroad on behalf of customers.
